Advantages of raised flooring are many fold, they provide excellent cover and space for service pipes and cables, reduce weight in rooftop applications as the need for a screed is eliminated and pedestal mounted systems also accommodate thermal movement in the paving or decking. Fast and simple to lay, raised systems make maintenance and inspection a simple as lifting a tile.
